Chico Police Department responded to a report of a man who had entered a hotel room that had been opened for housekeeping and locked himself inside. Officers attempted to contact him but were unsuccessful until he called the front desk and agreed to leave peacefully. Leu exited the room at about 12:37 p.m. and was taken into custody without incident.
