A multi-agency investigation led to the arrest of a Red Bluff man on suspicion of manufacturing child sexual abuse material. On June 18, Dylan Allen Dayberg, 27, was detained at his workplace while detectives served a search warrant at his home. Evidence found included child sexual abuse materials and an illegal firearm with a high-capacity magazine. Dayberg admitted to manufacturing the abuse material during questioning.
He faces multiple charges, including lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and possession of obscene material.
